i'll trade a copenhagen winter for a chicago one any year!
You don't appreciate something until it's gone, even if for a couple of months...
I really noticed it tonight. The two neighborhoods I pass through to get home in the evening were completely blacked out through all of rush hour. It was pitch black! I love the seasons, but I love the light and will welcome its return.
Jasontinky: Really? Are you sure? :-)
The thing that stikes me about this picture is how beautiful the lady in blue is. Natural and graceful, whatever her age. So Scandinavian!
anonymous: Yes, I like her too. And she has such a strong presence.
Ooooh, MIkael. Ooooh, ooooh, ooooh Mikael. I don't think you know what a snowstorm is... Oooooh Mikael. You should try Montreal out for size....
We don't have snow in San Francisco ; P
oh, not the old "my winter is harsher than yours" chestnut. i was hoping we'd avoid that this year.i spent several years living in calgary. i know snow.snow is snow. cold is cold. try cycling at a copenhagen -5 and with a wind at 25-20 m/second and you'll feel at home.
