Poetry in Motion

Poetry in Motion
There are few places on the planet where the simple act of parking a bicycle is elevated to a symphony of grace, poetry and elegance.

I will be in Copenhagen soon. I tried many times as a child to ride a bike. I would be fine until i had to round a corner, then i would fall off time and time again. I wonder, know that i am an adult if i should give it a wirl in Copenhagen in May. Will send a photo if it works...

Love the bottom photo. She looks so relaxed and nonchalant, but I fear for the contents of her basket falling out...!

Same sentiments Christina. The last photo made me feel that it was really a good day for biking..

Here is a bike parking pic from Varanasi, India 2005. It represents a whole different style of bike chic...=-)

Great blog. I'm a Copenhagener living in Oregon. You almost made me miss Denmark and my Danish bike, almost! (Well, I'm actually going to be back in June, so don't feel too sorry for me).
